4. What if I need my promotional item by a certain date?

Be sure to let your account executive know you have a drop dead in hands date. We will do whatever we can to try to accommodate it. Rush charges may occur.

5. What are the various decorating options?

Silk-Screening: The image is created from ink pressed through a stenciled screen. A separate screen is required for each color resulting in a higher cost for additional colors and processing.

Embroidery: Stitching a design into fabric.

Deboss: The depression of an image into a materials surface.

Emboss: A raised image is impressed on an items surface. Hot Stamp The pressing of a heated stamp on an items surface to create an impression.

Etching: The production of an image on a surface by using acid.

Die-casting: Injecting molten metal into the cavity of a carved die (or a mold).

Die-striking: An impression made on a metal sheet by a metal stamp or hammer.

6. What are typical art formats accepted?

7. What is an over run or under run?

Most promotional products vendors will produce an extra 5% - 10% of the items ordered to account for possible print issues. In most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the extra pieces. An under run is the rare case in which fewer items are produced.

8. Can I order the products blank, no imprint?

All of our products are available without an imprint. The same pricing for printed merchandise applies to blank merchandise, the only difference being that there is not a set-up fee for blank orders.
